My name is Gilbert Lopez, most know me by Papa G. We are a family that loves our community and the people that have crossed our path. I started making chorizo about 25 years ago. It is an old family recipe handed down from my wife's uncle. With a little bit of tweaking of spices, we have refined the original awesome recipe. Our goal is to provide an excellent product with great customer service. 

 Now let me introduce you to my wife Christina. She is an amazing cook and has decided to share her tamales with the community also. Her green corn tamales are very popular up here on the mountain. She also makes delicious red pork tamales and green pork tamales.
